We are very fortunate at Staunton-on-Wye Pre-School to have a fantastic team of talented, dedicated staff, with a very low staff turn-over, which gives the children great stability and allows families to develop strong bonds with the whole setting.

Our staff are by far pre-school's greatest asset, with qualifications ranging from Safeguarding Children, First Aid and Food Hygiene, through NVQ levels 2 and 3, and right up to Foundation Degree in Early Years (Senior Practitioner Status).

We also boast a paediatric nurse on our team. Couple these impressive qualifications with years of experience and the fact that all our staff are mums themselves, and you can see why we value our team so highly.
